Our mission is to empower International Medical Graduates to achieve their dreams of practicing medicine in the United States by providing essential resources, mentorship, and advocacy. Through comprehensive support, education, and networking opportunities, we help IMGs navigate the U.S. residency application process, foster professional connections, and build the skills necessary to succeed as compassionate and skilled healthcare providers in Residency programs across the United States.

This is a 3 year program. You will receive 3 yrs of USCE/Clinical Experience.
You must be able to work in the United States. Currently we are not providing Visa Support.
You will be paid a salary comparable to what you will receive during Residency

Why a 3 year commitment?

This program has been active for the last two decades. We have a proven record that when an IMG spends this time, their experience makes them stand out above all other applicants. ALL of our Doctors have been asked to become Chief Residents during their Residency.

USCE?

Yep, you get 3 years of US Clinical Experience in a busy Cardiologist practice.
You will be trained every day.

What will I be doing?

You will be trained under a world-renowned Physician that has completed 4 fellowships in different disciplines of Cardiology, and considered one of the best diagnosticians in the country.
(other doctors refer to him when they need help with difficult cases)

What are some of the Perks?

You will receive help with your CV, personal statement, LORs, networking with other people that have been through the program, networking with other world-renowned physicians.You will get time off to study for USMLEs. You will also have support with Study Materials, and Exam payments. You will get interview prep training.

How much does this program cost?

This program is FREE ! You simply need to impress us with your dedication, grades, and work ethic. This is a very competitive program.

I need a Visa !

At this time, we cannot support J1 or H1-B visas. Check back with us in the future.

What happens if I complete my USMLE Exams, and decide to leave before the 3 year commitment is up?

Nothing will happen. You will not be penalized in any way, however the support from the Precepting Doctor will not be available as well as all the other benefits such as LORs, Program Director connections, Doctor’s professional connections, and even some financial support for applications.

What's the catch? Is this some scam?

Many people have asked this question already. No THIS IS NOT A SCAM. If you get into this program, and work hard, you will be assisted by every means possible to get into the BEST Residency program in the US. You commit and work hard for the Doctor, and he will WORK HARD to get you where you want to go.

I scored well on my USMLE Step 1 and also have a high score on my Step 2 exam. Why should I apply for this program?

We have had many people come through this program who did exceptionally well on USMLE exams as well as doing extremely well in their classes. As an IMG, or even an US Medical graduate, you will probably get into a medical residency program. Some people just aspire to be a doctor. However with this program, you would be able to match into a far superior program, which would set you up for better specialty/fellowships and job opportunities in the future.

How is this FREE??

You have to be able to work in the US, so you can be paid while you are learning. The Doctor is committed to teaching. In the past, his father had a procedure in a renowned hospital. There were several complications due to mishaps that seriously endangered his life. When the doctor asked if they should pursue compensation for the errors, the father said no. His father told him the best thing to do is TEACH other students to make them better so they would not make such a careless mistake that would injure another. This is why he is a preceptor for medical schools all over this country, and why he always has students learning from him in the office.

Do you also do rotational observerships?

Yes. If you are currently still in school and need an elective, email us and we will work with your school. If you are out of school, and outside of the US, please email us. The requirement will be a minimum of 2 months.
